A $2,000,000 cash-out refinance loan was closed on Thursday September 9^th, 2021.

The loan will be used to refinance a multi-tenant retail property  located in Los Angeles, CA. The property is an excellent investment consists of two buildings with a total of 9,487 square feet and it is currently occupied 100.0%, which is above the stabilized occupancy level.

The two buildings were built in 1948 & 1960 respectively in an area that has experienced a great amount of development in recent years and considered as a gateway between Downtown Los Angles and the Westside.
