Class A Office Building in Chandler

AVANA Companies, a family of ESG lending and investment platforms, recently closed a $15.5 million cash-out refinance loan to a real estate investor for a multi-tenant office building in Chandler, Arizona. The investors purchased the Class A office building located at Chandler AZ and recently completed a number of tenant improvements.

AVANA CUSO/AVANA Capital provided the investor with a 5-year conventional commercial real estate MBL loan.

A recent appraisal of the 13-year-old building valued it at above market value. At time of closing, the building had a large co-working space tenant that offers short term rentals to small and medium sized businesses. AVANA CUSO/AVANA Capital provided the borrower with a 5-year conventional commercial real estate MBL loan.
