She leads global finance operations, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and investor reporting to support the company’s continued growth and expansion.

Prior to joining AVANA, Mae built a strong foundation at Ernst & Young, where she earned recognition for technical excellence and innovative contributions. She led financial statement audits in compliance with IFRS and ISA standards and regularly presented audit findings and recommendations to executive leadership teams. During her time with EY Middle East and North Africa (MENA), she contributed to the development of regional technical guidance, digital audit solutions, and advanced data analytics initiatives — strengthening audit quality and modernization efforts across the region.
