She has played a pivotal role in expanding service offerings to include comprehensive compliance programs, including BSA/AML frameworks and CECL model implementation, while cultivating strategic partnerships that broaden market reach and operational scale.
Throughout her career, Radhika has consistently delivered measurable improvements in audit outcomes, risk mitigation practices, and regulatory compliance performance. Radhika’s executive experience includes serving as Global Head of Compliance at Mambu Americas, Inc., Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Merchants Bank of California, Chief Compliance Officer at Sunwest Bank, and Chief Banking Officer at Wedbush Bank. Across these roles, she strengthened regulatory controls, improved audit compliance rates, and reduced risk-related losses through disciplined oversight and strategic leadership.
She currently serves as Audit Committee Chairwoman and Board Member of Walden Mutual Bank and as a member of the Board of Directors for AVANA CUSO. A graduate of California State University with a degree in Business Administration, Radhika is actively engaged in industry forums and governance initiatives, advancing best practices in risk management and financial oversight.
