Prior to Alliant, she served as Global Head of Ratings Operations at S&P Global and spent 22 years at General Electric in senior technology leadership roles, including CIO of GE Capital Bank and CIO of GE Energy Financial Services. As CIO of GE Capital Bank, she co-led the launch of an award-winning online banking platform recognized by Money magazine as “Best Savings Bank” and honored with a Webby Award for excellence in online services. Throughout her career, Vasanthi has driven enterprise-scale digital initiatives that align innovation with regulatory and operational resilience.

Vasanthi’s career spans global financial services, capital markets, and banking institutions, where she has led large-scale technology organizations and complex modernization efforts. Her expertise includes digital banking platforms, information security, IT governance, and operational transformation.
She holds an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kolkata, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics, Mathematics, and Accounting from St. Francis’ College in India. Based in Park City, Utah, she remains actively engaged in community and wellness initiatives.
