Josephine Aquino

CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

Josephine is currently serving as one of the Customer Success Managers for AVANA, focusing on loan processing. She has been with the company for almost six years and previously held the roles of CEO’s Executive Assistant and Office Manager for AVANA’s Bahrain Chapter.

Prior to her tenure at AVANA, Josephine worked for four years with ABS-CBN Broadcasting Company, one of the largest broadcasting networks in the Philippines, as a Production and Technical Assistant. She also accumulated six years of experience in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Specialist across various sectors, including mobile communications, medical insurance, and broadcast satellite services, where she handled sales, claims, benefits, and billing.

In 2012, Josephine relocated to Dubai and began her career as a Marketing Coordinator. She later transitioned into the role of Cluster HR Executive, handling Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and Training. Additionally, she served as an interim Executive Assistant to the Hotel Manager at Emirates Grand Hotel now Residence Inn Sheikh Zayed Road (Marriott).

Josephine earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from the University of Pangasinan in the Philippines. She also holds a certificate in Caregiving.
