Radhika S. Lipton is a distinguished executive with over 30 years of

leadership in risk management, compliance, and internal audit. Throughout her career, she has built and implemented innovative risk frameworks andcompliance strategies for global financial institutions, fintech startups, and banks, consistently driving improvements in audit performance and
operational resilience.

Currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer of Pacific Coast Bankers’ Bank and Founder/Advisor for RADD LLC., Radhika has been instrumental in transforming the firm from a regional provider into a nationally recognized entity. She has expanded service offerings to include advanced compliance programs—ranging from BSA/AML frameworks to CECL model implementation—while fostering strong strategic partnerships that have significantly broadened the company’s market footprint.

Her extensive background includes senior roles such as Global Head of Compliance at Mambu Americas, Inc., Executive VP & Chief Operating Officer at Merchants Bank of California, Chief Compliance Officer at Sunwest Bank, and Chief Banking Officer at Wedbush Bank. In these positions, Radhika’s
leadership has not only enhanced regulatory compliance and risk mitigation practices but also driven measurable results, including substantial improvements in audit compliance rates and risk-related loss reductions.

Currently, Radhika Lipton is serving as the Audit Committee Chairwoman and Board Member of Walden Mutual Bank and on the Board of Directors for Avana CUSO.

A graduate of California State University, Radhika combines her academic background in Business Administration with a deep practical understanding of complex regulatory landscapes. Her commitment to excellence is also reflected in her active participation on industry boards and at professional forums, where she shares her insights and advances best practices in risk management and governance.
