Having worked across every department within the CUSO, she brings a 360-degree perspective to supporting credit union partners effectively and sustainably.
In her current leadership role, Brianna oversees the full lifecycle of credit union engagement — from onboarding through long-term relationship expansion. She serves as the primary executive liaison for stakeholders, championing the voice of the credit union customer internally and helping shape product development, service delivery, and strategic communication. Her work ensures that AVANA’s solutions remain aligned with the evolving needs of its partners.

Brianna began her career in the credit union industry immediately after earning her Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from Concordia University. Starting in a Human Resources role at a local credit union, she steadily expanded her expertise across operational leadership, lending support, and strategic management within the CUSO environment.
A recognized Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE), Brianna is deeply committed to the cooperative philosophy of people helping people. Her leadership continues to empower credit unions nationwide to better serve their members, strengthen their communities, and achieve sustainable growth.
